There's apparently a way to figure out why the call ended (hung up or cut off). If you go into airplane mode, it will seem like it was cut off.
And Samsung, with all its wisdom disabled that "feature". You can't turn on airplane mode while on a call
I think it's the difference between the call ending suddenly (hang up) and the call not responding for several seconds before dropping (lost connection).
This ain't even a meme. It's straight up a tip for when you're about to call someone you hate
It is actually how my teenage daughter avoids calls with me, and only uses IM, when she is out with her friends.
Take her smartphone and give her a Nokia. She will have a battery that lasts a week and that excuse will be moot :)
Or let your teenage daughter have some freedom and don’t make her resent you for controlling her phone, just a thought
Don’t even have kids, and giving parenting advice?
I live in the world. I know what I don't like to see in breeders failing to train their crotch goblins. So yeah, I give advice. Sue me.
That’s a good one but I’m still leaning towards just not answering the phone in the first place
My voicemail says, "Sorry, if you're getting this message you're not on my contacts lists. Please text and I'll get back to you."
Even for people on my contacts list. This filters only real people and let's me text instead of talk.
Anwser the phone like "Hello, Justice Department, how may I help you?" for a 85% chance for a "Sorry wrong call" :D
" you've reached the state justice department, this is Maurice speaking, this call may be recorded, how can I assist you today "
"Welcome to Papa's Pizzeria and Abortion Clinic where yesterday's loss is today's sauce. How may I help you?"
