Me when the hyper awareness kicks in at the wrong moment

I tend to look behind my back when outside from time to time. If I get the feeling that I have to check, I'll continue feeling uncomfortable until I look behind. When it's autumn, I look behind my back all the time when I hear dry leaves rolling on the groung, very fun.
