Does anybody have a solution for vertically storing baking sheets and cutting boards in a cupboard?
The only space I have is in a cupboard stored vertically, but they're clumsily leaned against one another other.
UPDATE: Thank you for the suggestions everybody! I ended up finding a metal thing, almost like a file organizer, from value village for $2 that worked perfectly.
How are you dealing with pet food?
I buy a few kilos of dog biscuits at a time and at the moment we keep them in the bag in the garage, and decant enough for a week into a plastic kitchen tub. I’m worried about rats attacking what’s in the garage, so I suspect I want some kind of hard plastic tub, but I’m concerned about it being too big and awkward to easily get out the week’s food. Has anyone else got this solved?

Prior to doing your weekly shopping, I recommend doing a quick inventory of what you have so you can base the following week’s meals on your existing food items. . Quickly wipe down the shelf and drawer surfaces before putting freshly purchased groceries away. . Group items in your fridge by category. This ensures everyone can easily find things and also speeds up the food prep and breakfast/lunch making process. . Clear bins and containers are superstars in the fridge. They keep the categories in check and also act as drawers so things don’t get lost near the back. It also means you won’t need to label/relabel each week. . A little prep goes a long way. I try to grocery shop early Sunday and then spend some time during a football game to wash and chop fruits/veggies, cook up a bunch of chicken for quick lunches and dinners, and whip up a couple of breakfast options the kids can easily re-heat in the morning before school. Better than fruit baskets?
Does anyone have suggestions for storing fruit (apples, bananas, oranges, avocados, and garlic 🤷) that works better than a fruit basket?
I find fruit falls to the bottom of my fruit basket, and starts turning gross. It's easy to miss because it's under a layer of other fruit.
