That article is about state governments. Overthrowing the federal government probably won't be the best course of action.
Case in point for why term limits are not the answer. Without experienced politicians, we'd constantly be led by people with zero understanding of the government we have in place. Term limits will usher in an age of Idiocracy...
I think the pre-auth is a normal thing every 3 years. I get inconvenienced by that on the same schedule and have been told that the insurance company requires the pre-auth from time to time.
If you're driving over to get groceries from Yuma, then you gotta be living in the middle of the desert.
I think the plan for a lot of trucks is for them to do the long haul part without a driver. But the "last mile" is done by drivers that drop the load, do the paperwork and back to the depot to snag another trailer.
