Well that one you would kinda expect, as each Antarctic base is built by a different country - and complicated by some of the buildings being on stilts.
Guessing he isn't allowed to drive a car - I remember Al Gore complaining about how they never got to drive any more [after the VP era], as the secret service wouldn't let them.
I remember a video of a white woman closing the window into a policeman's fingers, driving off (over his foot?) getting forced off the road again, screaming insults at the police, hitting them with the car door, before they resort to, iirc, a taser or dragging her out (might be more than one such video)
So in my mind, that's kind of the 'gold standard' for behaviour which only leads to slow incremental steps in the use of force.
They are way overused in northamerica - just pick a priority road and make the other one give way! Or use a mini roundabout.
Here, stop signs are rare enough that they indicate an unusually dangerous location, so you know to be careful.
