The Nazis never lost, they just got slapped on the wrists and were told to be more discreet and tactful about their imperial interests.
Not being directly charged and found guilty isn't the trump card they think it is. Most Nazis were never punished, many top brass went on to shape the west into what it is today.

Based on this analogy it's appropriate to call every member of the US and NATO militaries a Nazi.
