Unknown. I'd first need to setup a local test instance to assure it works. Up until now I've been testing my bot against production (YOLO!)
As a side effect, I did manage to find and fix another bug that would lead to a crash in the bot :D
Not sure. This weekend I plan to use a proper lemmy api library, instead of what I cooked up myself. Maybe that will help.
Yeah, sometimes the bot skips a request, but does pick up newer ones. 🫤 Not sure what causes that. Hopefully it will be fixed when I switch to a proper python Lemmy library this weekend.
In that case just post your request again, worst case the bot will tell you the sub already exists 🤷.
No biggie, that's on me for making this error so vocal ;)
It's a curious one, this. The good news the error only occurs on this sub, (and once when I restarted the bot), so it's probably just a database misconfiguration. I'll get around to it this weekend.
