Turns out the /r/technology fans were lurkers after all. So far /m/technology has 1 comment vs 170 for /m/tech.
I moved to /r/tech on reddit when it became apparent that /r/technology were shills, or astrofurfers, or both.... something was weird on /r/technology.

Hello everyone,
First I'd like to warn you about a feature of Kbin that you may not be aware of: your subscription list is visible to everyone in your profile. You probably know that atheists have a bad reputation toward some people, so if you chose to subscribe to this sub you may want to think twice about keeping your list of subscriptions visible to everyone, to avoid stalking for example or useless friction from other curious people.
You can turn this feature off in your options.
About the sub: the rules will probably change soon and will adapt according to the crowd we will encounter here.
