That’s awesome! You are lucky! I can only imagine.
If ever in my lifetime I get the chance to see Stevie Wonder, I will do it.
I know. It was like almost $300! I was already balling out of control buying Beyonce tickets. I couldn’t go any further even though Jill is my girl 😩
I paid $400 for my lovely parents to see Kem and Ledisi! Ticket prices are just crazy right now.
But truly, I want to see people while I can, while they are here. My mother said her biggest concert regret was not paying to see Prince when she could.
Don’t worry I understand. I agree. I wanted to see Jill Scott but the tickets were nuts. The first time I saw Beyoncé the prices were not like this. Nowadays it’s too many gatdamn fees! I don’t regret my tickets but I’m also mad that Ticketmaster basically has a stranglehold in ticket sales.
Speaking of indie bands I’m definitely going to start seeing and supporting more of them. Small venues, intimate atmospheres, affordable prices.
Of course you are right. I wanted to go to other shows this year but they were too much. I chose the one I wanted most and went for it.
It’s the tone of comments with regards to Beyoncé specifically that I expected on Reddit and I suppose now here. I don’t get that on other social sites or irl. I find it odd.
You know, in reality, there were plenty of cheap tickets still available facing the stage. Thinking about it now I can’t see a real reason to buy these you talked about…
I see the dislike of Beyoncé is as strong here as on Reddit. 🙄 I went to her concert and had an amazing time. She sounded wonderful and was so sweet even when it was pouring out.
Listening only tickets would have been nice for some. I saw people just vibing and some that people that were so high they just had their eyes closed the whole time lol
That’s it? I thought it would be more. I wonder what it’s like to not be mentally ill in some form or fashion lol 🥲
(I might Edit this with more advice)
Hey you got the right one here! I’ve played it a million times. Although undoubtedly others will have more in-depth advice. This is my personal advice:
For the first playthrough I personally just did what I felt was right in terms of moral decisions.
The main characters stories are very interesting. If you want to actually play their stories, you can literally change any of their appearances as fighting styles to whatever you want! No holds barred.
Try not to spread your talents too thin across disciplines. I would choose a theme and try not to choose too many skills outside it. That is one of my problems. I enjoy being a necromancer and maybe some other discipline to go with it.
Fort Joy takes a long time to do. There are many ways to escape it. Some are harder than others. But you will get sick of it lol. Just explore honestly. As long as you are on the island, you can literally come back to it when you escape the fort.
The way this game works like this: some battles are very hard if you play them in a bad order. If you find one that is too hard, there’s no shame in escaping and coming back to it later. Try a different battle first and then come back later. If you want to fight Griff for example it is difficult. Do other things first and come back.
You can make your own armor in the beginning with needle, thread and leather!
Unless you’re going for trophies just turn on the bag of gifts. Infinite sprint and talking to animals is a must. Do not turn on the one with organizing bags! Do turn on the full health with bedroll.
You can do dumb shit with random items if you’re creative. Carrying a lit candle can be useful if an enemy is in a puddle of oil and you have no fire…
Don’t let Losse talk to Amadia
If you have a mask of the shapeshifter you can become an elf and eat body parts.
That’s funny. There is one post for your enjoyment surrounded by ads and suggestions. My goodness.
I can’t think of a similar example for myself, but I appreciate that you have shared this.
I keep clicking it thinking it will open something somewhere lol
But I’m having a nice laid back time here.
