I don’t think you know what you’re talking about. If you’d care to prove me wrong, I’d love to chat. If you have relevant industry experience that contradicts me, that would be great to share! I’ve spent time working at and dealing with this exact situation for another umbrella holding company in the gaming industry. Granted, it’s not journalism, so it’s not a direct connection. I feel like the plethora of holding group fuckery in the journalism space that backs what I’m talking about means I’m not off base.
