Joey for Reddit went down today

It was one of those few 3rd party Apps that still worked. Apparently dev was in talks with Reddit in obtaining Paid-API-Access, but now they cut off his API-Access mid talks without informing him

Reddit: "Pay for the API". Joey: "Fine, I'll pay". Reddit: "LALALALALALA"

They want to kill all 3rd party apps. It was the goal from the start.

It's all about those fucking advertisements the official app is plagued with.

Gotta get that $$$$$

*and why links REALLY can't be posted to vendors by users or posts w/individual to individual trades on Reddit. They want to charge for that stuff eventually I'm sure.

As someone who used the official app for a long time and eventually gave up on it, it went from ads every 12 posts to ads every 4 posts
