They need to do what BBC comedy show did one week when a politician guest didn't turn up and replace him with tub of lard.
Also more recently when Boris Johnson didn't want to show up for a climate change debate, Channel 4 replaced him with a slowly melting ice sculpture instead. This pissed him off so much he tried to privatise and sell off the whole station lol.
