Ex findasubreddit, but on lemmy. So instead of posting to like r/findasubreddit, one posts to c/findasubreddit and uses that to find a subreddit.

Since, imo, esp for niche topics, the lemmyverse isn't big enough to stand on it's own. But the lemmyverse could still reduce the number of posts to say reddit.

Prob possible to use it for like other platforms, like follow for follow instagram hashtags.

Make Something Month: Roll Call

As mentioned in the previous post, Make Something month is going to be a little event where you can participate by making something! If you would like to participate, then feel free to post in this thread what you hope to accomplish this month. Also, if you have any questions, comments, or ideas for the event, feel free to post those too!

There will be posts like this every Saturday throughout October for people to give updates on how their project are going. Then, to give people time to be able to figure out how to display their projects and add finishing touches, there will be a showcase thread on November 5th.

Basically c/chat + c/gaming. Anything that increases socializing is good especially considering loneliness is on the rise in modern times.

The Lemmyverse chess event just ended https://lemmy.ca/post/292674 which is the most collaborative fedi gaming thing I've heard of.

Lemmygrad might have a video gaming together thing too.

List what multiplayer games you're willing to play with other Fedizens.

The SocialHub was created to support the people building federated apps and to evolve the standards and practices that are foundations of the Fediverse. For many different reasons the SocialHub has now come to a stage where we must decide on its future.
