my friend's wife went to school to be a veterinarian and she's still paying off her loan. She graduated ~15 years ago.
I dropped out of college back then and just lied on my resume to get an IT job lol
I really enjoyed it. The best parts of the game are the characters and the spectacle of fighting the different eikons (summons). It's not really much of an RPG though, more like an action adventure game. The combat is alright albeit pretty button-mashy (but I'm an old cranky boomer who prefers turn-based FF games so ymmv).
As for the story, I know it's kinda polarizing among fans but I thought it was pretty good. It was more coherent than 15, at least. IMO the main draw is the eikon fights, some of which actually made my jaw drop. It feels like they took inspiration from games like Asura's Wrath, if you've ever played that.
I'm looking forward to Stellar Blade next week and I think I'm like ~80% done with FF7 Rebirth so I should be finished by then. I still need to finish Dragon's Dogma 2 and try the FF16 DLC that just recently came out as well... I wish there were more hours in the day.
Other than that the main thing I'm looking forward to is the "totally not E3" announcement shows this summer to see what's coming out later this year.
I liked Brace from his pisspiggranddad days but ever since I learned that his co-host hates cats I can no longer listen to it in good conscience
you can try adding 12ft.io/ in front of the url to bypass some paywalls (e.g. 12ft.io/https://piss.cum/
). I just tried it on aftermath and it worked
my friends' group chat is talking about Iran's attack and is repeating the "Israel stopped 99% of the missiles and drones, what an overwhelming victory for Israel" shit. I don't have the energy or will to argue with them about it so I'm just ignoring the chat for a while
that before/after pic that keeps getting shared is so funny because it's just zionists admitting that their only metric for success is the amount of civilians killed. "oh your attack didn't turn a city into rubble and result in thousands of child-sized body bags? weak shit"
China’s support for its domestic industries has drawn complaints from competitors since it joined the World Trade Organization two decades ago. They argue that direct and indirect government support has kept costs down and exports cheap.
"stop being so good at producing stuff! it's not fair!"

apparently they timed it so the missiles will hit around the same time as the drones? idk
lol @ putting "CPA" in your twitter display name like it's some kind of prestigious title
also what a weird example he chose. In-n-out is one of the few places that didn't raise their prices like crazy over the last several years. When I was in high school all my friends wanted to work there because their starting pay was $15/hr (back then the minimum wage was $8). It was recently around $18 or $19 I think so raising it to $20 didn't really change much at all. What a doofus
