Student here, journal articles are a lot easier to read on paper than on screen. After the first hour or so of screen reading my eyes get drier than the Sahara and I feel dizzy. I tried reading on my e-reader, but journals like to cram as much text on a page as possible, which doesn't work well on a 6" reader.
Seeing as we just voted in three fascist parties to our parliament, I highly doubt legalisation will happen any time soon. And even if it does, I am sad to say its only purpose will be to throw ash in our eyes so we ignore the much deeper systemic issues in the country, which leave the population starving despite record profits from tourism. Hard to feel any joy about news like this, even though it'd mean I could get married to my partner in our motherland instead of another country.
here's a new idea for you: sexist jokes aren't funny and have never been funny, you're just an asshole
I've been considering switching to Matrix for individual texting. What makes it a PITA in your experience? Is it hard to create conversations, do messages not get delivered, or is it something else?
