No worries. Yeah the article is great. They did go to some lengths to try to get to the bottom of it in fairness. Those BBC Verify articles are always absolutely spot on.
That all started from one news outlet that quickly shut it down but the far right ran with it like a baton at the Olympics.
BBC did a great BBC verify article on it.
Bill Clinton was also a decent orator. He visited Ireland while I was in college and I went to see him speak in the centre of Dublin. Charisma just oozed from the guy.
Reagan was also good on the mic in bouts before his mental decline. The balloon pop "missed me" was God tier.
Ha! In fairness though, when you have one side being weird with the whole "lock her up" cult chant nonsense and another saying "look, we'll leave this to the courts", well it's a much better look. More "presidential".
Definitely agree with experiences. Folks may want to mark it more than OP and they're great ways.
Ring making sounds really fun. Great gift to give to someone too.
I actually think all the stuff you listed could give an unfair advantage depending on the sport.
When I was a kid alcohol was a huge aspect of professional snooker but it got banned. Like they would be having pints while waiting to take their shot. I take diphenhydramine to help me sleep occasionally and I could see that giving a very slight advantage depending on the sport too.
My own sport relied on reflexes being on point so I'm no expert on relaxants. It's definitely a very tricky business.
In general things that can calm your nerves in the run up to a very stressful sporting event are banned since forever.
I can tell you as someone who used to compete at a way lower level than these folks but still way beyond the average person that nerves have a huge impact on your body and therefore performance so it does make sense.
I'll leave you to infer yourself how the human body responds to extreme stress and how that might affect performance. :)

Lolol. Oh I'm chuckling away here. That's so funny.
On a recommendation I recently watched Adam and Paul. It's a good movie but a hard watch.
It was billed (to me) as a dark comedy. It's far more dark than comedy but a very good movie. I had to scour the internet to find it.
I also watched Kingdom of the Planet of the Apes and really enjoyed it. I love that franchise and I think the newer movies have been done really well.
