It depends. DuckDuckGo recently launched it's "Privacy Pro" Plan in the US afaik (I'm EU citizen) which claims to provide such service, but it runs locally.

Start doing research on how Fingerprinting actually works, and include your new learned knowledge into your threat model. Also, those tests are mostly sucks. They often cover only a small part of what technically is even possible and their databases often covers only a small amount of an actual rl scenario.
