@lemm.eethis might sound cliché, but what if the start of non-judgment is within yourself? you've already judged society to be too judgmental!
I dont mean to play tricks with you. this is the central struggle of having a mind. we constantly evaluate everything!
the only thing that could "make" me happy is a change in mindset, perhaps forced by brain damage.
as far as how I will make my own happiness, it comes down to making choices informed by my own values, painstakingly discovered through mistakes, introspection, and connections with others
it still blows my mind on a daily basis, the arrogance of humans to think they not only know what their creator-god wants but can sway "Him" with some fucking magic words
Yeah! I always keep Narcan in my desk. And it seems a lot of people know how to use it (literally just plug & push). It's widely available, given out for free, distributed to broad populations regardless of drug use.
Narcan is one of the biggest revolutions in medical care since the invention of fentanyl.
Find out where you can get one.
Yea that's not quite the right word... there isn't a better one though. What I'm trying to say is that a lot of the white women who do get picked up for shoplifting, they "look crazy", for lack of a better term.
all this is to say that i agree with your insight, and hadn't considered that was the root! it's about appearing non-threatening. unfortunate realization.
