But even for iOS there is uYou+ which can block shorts and I’m sure there will be a similar piece of software for Android.

This will get funny once they try to ship it to Germany, because you’re legally allowed to do pretty much everything with your device - as long as it’s legally yours.
I don’t think that not giving Google a list of all domains you’re visiting is just "little bit", it sounds like a whole lot :)
Don’t know how this is related to FOSS or Linux at all. It is not free of charge/free software and I don’t get why a site called "itsfoss" is even writing about it.
