The best part is they told them they have X amount of time to spend the coins, but whatever they buy disappears anyway!
I commented on this when encountering the 2nd type of person on here. As it gains popularity you'll encounter more of them, it's inevitable.
Until A.I. starts doing the work too and you just sit around broke waiting to be told what to do for your basic necessities.
I like it! seeing as a lot of the "drag" is with overloaded instances, whether by massive influx or bot accounts.
(It would require additional, and monthly, monetary support though)
I think that's the point I should have gone into more. What is going to make the "migration" happen, in my opinion, is tying it together and delivering the same ability to browse content with a simplification that keeps the fediverse from overwhelming those in transition. Our patience and support enable LJD to provide that, I think.
