As a result of the date change, Donald Trump will probably face his New York sentencing either as a just-defeated candidate or as president-elect.
Allowing it to be delayed is what makes it seem like the case was political. He committed fraud, he was convicted and he should be sentenced.
And now that the judge has made this political, I think it's entirely appropriate for there to be massive protests outside the court and outside the judge's house strenuously objecting to this fascist-coddling bitch-ass coward decision!
It's way past time for government officials to start being more scared of doing the wrong thing than doing the right one again.
