Since May, according to Microsoft, Chinese hackers have been secretly accessing data from the State Department and Commerce Department, among other targets including Western European entities.
At least Microsoft has finally admitted to being the IT and intelligence branch of the State Department. The rest of the article is all just "China is going to attack any second now, this time for real guys!"
The Telegraph is named that way because it is horribly obsolete, used mainly by boomers but strangely glorified.
