The guy has failed to use funds apportioned to Oklahoma schools from both Federal and State sources, and has stonewalled attempts from the state legislature to investigate the Oklahoma DoE. He's being sued for defamation of a superintendent and has outright defied the Oklahoma Supreme Court.
He's speedrunning the alienation of his own party.
