Which (web)apps do you use to contribute to OpenStreetMap?
Do you only contribute what is useful for your own use cases, or whatever you can improve the map with?

Everything #OpenStreetMap related is welcome: software releases, showing of your work, questions about how to tag something, as long as it has to do with OpenStreetMap or OpenStreetMap-related software.
OpenStreetMap is a map of the world, created by people like you and free to use under an open license.
Join OpenStreetMap and start mapping: https://www.openstreetmap.org.
There are many communication channels about OSM, many organized around a certain country or region. Discover them on https://openstreetmap.community
https://mapcomplete.org is an easy-to-use website to view, edit and add points (such as shops, restaurants and others)
https://learnosm.org/en/ has a lot of information for beginners too.
I use or have used, depending on the situation, JOSM, OsmAnd~, Ever Door, StreetComplete and Vespucci.
If I'm out and about and have a second I will contribute whatever I can, even if it isn't useful to me. I have not, however, stepped up my game and started mapping trees or fire hydrants.
Fire Hydrants are really well mapped in my city for some reason!
I tried to correct the trees in a small park, but when I was finished with half of it I looked on the other side and went "That's way too many trees" so it's kind of just sitting there half-good now... But yeah, that info being mapped is not of much use to me...
Thanks for the answer!
