Hexbear will be migrating to Lemmy (with federation disabled at first) on Saturday

Context: https://www.hexbear.net/post/159221 We are planning on doing the final site migration to upstream Lemmy this Saturday. We are currently unsure exactly how long we need for the entire process. Our estimate is around 12 hours of total downtime; we'll update this post when we have a more accurate estimate. Hexbear will be inaccessible during this time.
