Those laws are just grandstanding.
Man, I wish you would've said "all" not "almost all". It's clearly a violation of the first amendment and not even a good one. Hate speech laws against antisemitism I'd be fine with, but not this.
I agree, it's clearly a violation. But I don't think the 5th Circuit cares about the constitution. So rather than look up every single case, I just assumed some court made an insane ruling.
